About
Steady presence. Practical tools.
Chance Wellness offers calm, regulated breathwork support and mental wellness education at a pace that respects your body, consent, and real life.
My work is grounded in simple, practical support: slowing down, orienting, listening to the body, and choosing next steps that can be carried into daily life.

About Chance
I’m Chance L. Hoffman, a Breathwork Facilitator and Mental Wellness Educator. Through Chance Wellness, I offer grounded support for people who want practical tools for regulation, reflection, and next steps without pressure to perform, push, or force an experience.
My approach is steady, consent-based, and non-clinical. I do not treat or diagnose. I support people through breathwork facilitation, nervous system education, WRAP-informed support, and practical wellness tools.

How I work
The pace matters. Sessions are guided with care, consent, and respect for your limits. You can pause, slow down, adjust, or stop at any time.
- Regulated breathwork — not extreme or cathartic.
- Practical tools you can return to outside the session.
- Support that respects your body, your choices, and your lived experience.
- A steady starting point, not a promise of a specific outcome.
Training + community roots
My work is shaped by breathwork facilitation, mental wellness education, WRAP training, and community-based support experience. I value practical education, clear boundaries, and support that helps people feel more oriented and less alone.
My breathwork practice is rooted in Denis Ouellette’s Integral Breathwork teachings and carried forward with permission and respect for the lineage. At Chance Wellness, I describe this work publicly as regulated breathwork because that language is clear, grounded, and safety-forward. Sessions are paced with consent, steadiness, and practical support so clients can stay connected to choice, comfort, and their own inner timing.
I am also connected to NAMI education and peer/family support work. Those experiences continue to shape how I think about language, consent, pacing, and the importance of accessible tools.
Scope of support
Chance Wellness provides breathwork facilitation and mental wellness education. This work is not therapy and does not replace medical, psychological, psychiatric, or crisis care.
