These Terms & Conditions apply to services offered by Chance Wellness, LLC. By scheduling, purchasing, participating in, or engaging with any session, package, consultation, educational support, website content, or related offering, you agree to the following terms.

Nature of Services

Chance Wellness, LLC offers supportive wellness education, regulated breathwork facilitation, WRAP facilitation and educational support, and practical mental wellness education. Services are intended to support awareness, nervous system regulation, reflection, personal insight, and practical next steps.

Services may include, but are not limited to:

  • Introductory Connection Call
  • Check-In Support
  • WRAP 1:1 Support
  • Grounded Start
  • Grounded Start Pack
  • WRAP Support Pack
  • Nervous System Reset

Service names, formats, lengths, locations, prices, and availability may change over time.

Services provided by Chance Wellness are educational and supportive in nature. They are not psychotherapy, medical treatment, diagnosis, crisis intervention, or a replacement for care from a licensed healthcare, mental health, or medical professional.

No Medical or Mental Health Treatment

Chance Wellness, LLC does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical, psychological, psychiatric, or substance-use condition. Participation in services does not establish a therapist-client, counselor-client, doctor-patient, or other licensed clinical provider relationship.

Clients are encouraged to seek support from licensed healthcare, mental health, or medical professionals when needed. If you have a medical condition, mental health condition, trauma history, pregnancy or postpartum concern, cardiovascular concern, respiratory concern, seizure history, recent surgery or injury, dissociation concern, panic response, active crisis concern, or any other condition that may affect participation, you are responsible for seeking appropriate professional guidance before participating.

WRAP 1:1 Support and WRAP Support Pack

WRAP-related services at Chance Wellness are offered as non-clinical, educational support for people who want help walking through the Wellness Recovery Action Plan, or WRAP, process. These sessions may include working through WRAP concepts, identifying personal wellness tools, reflecting on daily maintenance, noticing triggers or early warning signs, thinking through support options, and organizing next steps.

WRAP 1:1 Support and WRAP Support Pack sessions are intended to support learning, reflection, and practical use of the WRAP process. Chance Wellness may help guide the structure, pacing, reflection, and conversation, but clients remain responsible for what they choose to include in their own WRAP and how they use it.

WRAP support is not therapy, clinical care, case management, crisis intervention, diagnosis, treatment, or a substitute for licensed mental health support. Clients remain responsible for their own decisions, safety planning, medical care, mental health care, crisis resources, and follow-through.

Chance Wellness does not own WRAP materials, trademarks, or official WRAP curriculum. Clients are responsible for purchasing or accessing their own official WRAP materials when needed. Chance Wellness may help clients walk through the WRAP process, but does not sell, reproduce, distribute, or replace official WRAP books, worksheets, curriculum, or training materials.

Personal Responsibility & Consent

Participation in all Chance Wellness services is voluntary. Clients are responsible for their own physical, emotional, and mental well-being before, during, and after sessions.

Clients may pause, slow down, adjust, decline, or stop participation at any time. Clients are encouraged to communicate needs, limits, discomfort, health concerns, emotional concerns, or readiness concerns as they arise.

No specific outcome, result, breakthrough, emotional release, health improvement, or personal change is promised or guaranteed.

Breathwork, Body Awareness, and Assumption of Risk

Regulated breathwork and body-awareness practices may involve intentional breathing, focused attention, grounding, movement, stillness, reflection, and emotional awareness. These practices can create physical sensations or emotional responses, including but not limited to lightheadedness, tingling, temperature shifts, muscle tension, fatigue, tears, unexpected feelings, memories, or temporary discomfort.

By participating, clients acknowledge and accept the ordinary risks of participation and agree to participate at their own discretion. To the fullest extent permitted by law, clients release Chance Wellness, LLC from claims arising from voluntary participation, except where liability cannot legally be waived.

Health History, Waiver, and Readiness

Some services, especially breathwork-related services, may require completion of a waiver, informed consent form, health-history form, contraindications intake, or other readiness documentation before participation.

Chance Wellness may pause, modify, decline, reschedule, or refer out when readiness is unclear or when a service appears outside the appropriate scope of support.

Clients are responsible for sharing relevant health, safety, and readiness information before participating. This may include information related to pregnancy or postpartum status, cardiovascular concerns, respiratory concerns, seizure history, recent surgery or injury, dizziness or panic with breathing exercises, trauma-related concerns, dissociation, current crisis, substance use concerns, or anything else that may affect safety, pacing, positioning, or readiness.

Crisis and Emergency Limits

Chance Wellness is not an emergency service, crisis service, suicide prevention service, medical provider, or mental health crisis provider.

If you are in immediate danger, at risk of harming yourself or someone else, experiencing a medical emergency, or experiencing a mental health crisis, call emergency services or use an appropriate crisis resource.

Do not use Chance Wellness contact forms, booking tools, email, text, or sessions as a substitute for emergency or crisis support.

Scheduling, Cancellations, Rescheduling, and Payments

Scheduling, payment, cancellation, and rescheduling details may be communicated through the website, scheduling platform, payment platform, confirmation emails, reminder emails, or direct communication.

Some services may require payment at the time of booking. Clients are responsible for reviewing the details shown at booking before confirming a session.

Unless a different policy is stated at booking, clients should provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged the full session fee.

Packages must be used according to the terms shown at booking or communicated in writing. Package sessions are not guaranteed to remain available indefinitely unless a specific expiration or use window is stated.

Chance Wellness reserves the right to modify scheduling availability, service formats, locations, prices, and booking requirements.

Prices, Discounts, Courtesy Codes, and Reduced-Rate Options

Chance Wellness may offer a range of service lengths, formats, and price points. Prices may change over time. Unless otherwise stated, the price shown at the time of booking controls that booking.

Discounts, courtesy codes, reduced-rate options, or no-cost support may be limited, private, time-limited, non-transferable, capacity-dependent, and not guaranteed. Discounts may not be combined unless explicitly stated.

Reduced-rate or no-cost support, when offered, is an intentional access option and does not create a continuing entitlement to discounted services.

Online and In-Person Services

Services may be offered online, in person, or through a combination of formats depending on the service type, location availability, scheduling, readiness, and fit.

Clients participating online are responsible for creating a private, safe, and appropriate space for the session, including reliable internet access and a setting where they can pause, ground, or stop if needed.

In-person services may depend on approved location access, scheduling availability, and readiness. In-person availability is not guaranteed.

Confidentiality and Privacy

Personal information shared during sessions is treated with care and respect. Chance Wellness will make reasonable efforts to protect client privacy and maintain appropriate confidentiality.

Confidentiality may be limited where disclosure is required by law, necessary to prevent harm, connected to payment or scheduling systems, or otherwise required for basic business operations.

Digital communication, scheduling platforms, payment platforms, email, website forms, and online sessions carry some inherent privacy and technology risks. Clients are responsible for choosing what they share through these channels.

Communication Boundaries

Chance Wellness may communicate through email, scheduling platforms, website forms, text, phone, or other tools used for business operations. Response times are not guaranteed.

Communication between sessions is generally for scheduling, clarification, follow-up, or practical coordination. It is not crisis support, therapy, emergency care, or unlimited coaching access.

Client Conduct and Service Fit

Chance Wellness reserves the right to decline, pause, reschedule, or discontinue services when a service is not a good fit, when participation appears unsafe or outside scope, when payment or scheduling policies are not followed, or when conduct becomes inappropriate, unsafe, threatening, or harmful.

Clients are expected to participate respectfully, communicate honestly about readiness and limitations, and use services within their intended supportive wellness and educational scope.

Intellectual Property

Website content, handouts, written materials, session structures, educational materials, and other Chance Wellness created content are provided for personal use unless otherwise stated.

Clients may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, publicly post, or adapt Chance Wellness materials without permission, except for personal use or as allowed by law.

Third-party materials, including WRAP-related materials or other referenced resources, remain the property of their respective owners.

No Guarantees

Chance Wellness does not promise or guarantee specific results. Individual experiences vary based on many factors, including readiness, health status, personal history, outside support, participation, and follow-through.

Testimonials, examples, educational content, or descriptions of possible benefits are not guarantees of individual outcomes.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Chance Wellness, LLC shall not be held liable for injury, loss, damages, or other claims arising from voluntary participation in services, including but not limited to physical, emotional, psychological, financial, scheduling, technology, or personal outcomes.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to waive rights or protections that cannot legally be waived.

Changes to Services or Terms

Chance Wellness, LLC reserves the right to modify services, offerings, prices, availability, policies, or these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date.

Clients are responsible for reviewing the current Terms before scheduling or participating in services.

Agreement

By scheduling, purchasing, participating in, or engaging with Chance Wellness services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
