We begin with a 60-minute Grounded Start session. This includes a short check-in, simple breathwork practices, moments of rest and awareness, and practical next steps you can carry into daily life.
Your 30-minute follow-up gives you space to reflect on what you noticed, ask questions, adjust your plan, and choose what feels supportive going forward.
What to expect
You do not need any prior experience.
There is no pressure to do this “correctly” or to have a particular type of experience. This work is about building steadiness over time, not intensity.
You are always in control of your pace, and we adjust the session based on what feels supportive for you.
